Littelfuse SMDJ-HR & SMDJ-HRA TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SMDJ-HR and SMDJ-HRA TVS Diodes protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning surge and other transient voltage events. The components in both series have undergone a 100% screen sorting process. The SMBJ-HR diodes have undergone Group B (surge test, HTRB, and electrical test) sort processing. Littelfuse SMDJ-HR meets Group B testing requirements.
