Glass Passivated Single-Phase Bridge Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductors KBL and KBU Glass Passivated Single-Phase Bridge Rectifiers are designed to offer high surge current capability. These rectifiers feature up to 8A forward current, glass passivated pellet chip junction, and in-line circuit configuration. The KBL and KBU bridge rectifiers are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free. These rectifiers are ideal for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). Typical applications include AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for monitors, printers, adapters, Switched-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), and home appliances.
